"Proud of all our amazing competitors who left everything they had in the Titan Arena," The Rock wrote in a pair of Instagram posts amping up fans for Thursday night's big finale.
Over the course of ten episodes, The Titan Games-which airs Thursdays on NBC-has whittled down the competition to an elite final eight: Bridger Buckley; Christiana Rugloski; Charity Witt; Tyler Lucas; Jess Griffith; Jackie Wood; James Jean-Louis; and Derik Scott. While the contestants each deserve HUGE RESPECT for being unbelievably fit, in the end, only two competitors-one male and one female-will be crowned the winners and take home a grand prize.

At this point, dear reader, you might find yourself wondering:
What is the prize for winning The Titan Games?
Um, isn't the answer obvious? For the rest of their lives, the winners get to tap random strangers on the shoulder and proudly tell them they won The Rock's fitness competition show. What could be better than that?
Oh yeah! Money. The winners get that, too. The male and female winners of The Titan Games will each take home a grand prize of $100,000, which they'll hopefully spend on a whole lot of massages and a relaxing vacation that doesn't involve scaling any walls or wielding any sledgehammers.
The finale of The Titan Games airs Thursday, Feb. 28, at 8/7c on NBC.
