1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
5 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 (8 ounce) packages chicken style seitan
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt to taste
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
