Dr. Pimple Popper is a clever doc. She comes up with new foods to match each pop, leaving a trail of former faves in her wake. And, she offered some relief recently with a song mash-up for new pops. Today, she's showing her ingenuity with a new tool to clear out the classic pimple: blackheads.
Dr. Pimple Popper's new clip posted to her Instagram feed features a cheek filled with blackheads. She captioned the video: "Solar Comedones always make for an excellent #transformationtuesday! #blackheads #drpimplepopper"
This is quite the transformation, and the doc picks up a new tool to help her out.She usually uses a comedone extractor, which has popped strawberry blackheads , whiteheads, and countless other bumps. The doc switches up her tool for a pair of tweezers.

Dr. Pimple Popper has her work cut out for her on this one: clearing a bunch of blackheads from a man's cheek. These blackheads are dark and stick out against his light skin tone, so there is no missing any of them. Dr. Pimple Popper dives in with her tweezers and pinches each blackhead, one by one, releasing the oils in each clogged pore.
One commenter shared what's going through many fans' minds while watching. "Anyone else get mad when they don't pull the blackhead you want out??" Another just sat back and appreciated the doc's work: "Why is this mouthwatering... I love blackheads." One Popaholic tagged several friends in a comment and added it's "like pulling splinters".
Dr. Pimple Popper also seems pretty darn impressed with the man's blackheads and her quick work clearing them away. Dr. Pimple Popper says: "I'm getting good at pimple porn."
