Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD , aka Dr. Pimple Popper, has been going to back to basics this week. For her, that means good ol' fashioned blackheads, and lots of them. Sure, the doc has seen a LOT of clogged pores come through her office, and you've watched along, but the blackheads are always a crowd-pleaser. In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper is taking on another giant blackhead. This bump is impossible to miss, it's big, dark, and located right under her patient's eye. Dr. Pimple Popper shared this Instagram video as a lullaby for her followers with the caption: "Good night. Sleep tight. Dont let the blackheads bite. #drpimplepopper " Yikes, biting blackheads sound terrifying, but that's only the beginning of this cringeworthy pop.
Dr. Pimple Popper starts off with a scalpel, pretty scarily close to her patient's eye, to slice into the blackhead. (Yep, it's that big it needs multiple tools.) Next comes her trusty comedone extractor. The blackhead looks like it is primed and bursting at the seams. So, Dr. Pimple Popper goes in with a little pressure from her comedone extractor and poof, out glops the blackhead in one neat clump.

It comes out totally whole. Dr. Pimple Popper is rightly impressed with her smooth extraction. She says, "That was a nice clean removal. You can even open your eyes." Then, the video does a repeat of the pop, in slow motion. Popaholics, you can savor this one. One commenter wrote: "I wish everything in life was this perfect."
Her patient can now sleep well, knowing there isn't a biting blackhead lurking under his eye. All thanks to Dr. Pimple Popper and another oh so satisfying pop.
