Rhoades-who has one daughter (Lukensia, 9) and one son (Phoenix, 6) with Michaels-filed for "dissolution minor with children" on Monday.
The news comes seven months after the duo, who'd been together for nine years, announced their split in June. Back then, Michaels wrote on Instagram, "Heidi and I have been split for a while now. Weve found were better friends and parents living apart then staying together."

According to Michaels' Instagram Stories on Monday, she might be back in the dating game. Responding to one fans q, "Are you single?" Michaels shouts to an off-camera female, "Babe! Baby! Am I single?" The woman replies, "Yeah!" Then, the former Biggest Loser coach looks a bit, um, shocked before another voice in the background jokes, "Well, you are now."

The situation only gets funnier when Michaels' son comes over and asks, "Mama, whats single? Gay?"
"No, not gay, bud. Single means, 'Am I going to die alone?'" Michaels jokes, to which Phoenix replies, "No."
It's anyone's guess who Michaels will date next. "Let's just say I believe in healthy love. If I fall in love with a woman, that's awesome. If I fall in love with a man, that's awesome," she previously stated . "As long as you fall in love ... it's like organic food. I only eat healthy food, and I only want healthy love!"
While it seems like Michaels has already adjusted pretty well to the breakup, Rhoades has yet to comment publicly on the split.
