In one camp, theres Alayah, who claims that she is, in fact, being "real" and that her feelings for Bachelor Peter Weber are genuine. In the other, theres Sydney Hightower , Victoria Paul, and a bunch of other women, who say thats just not the case.
At one point in the episode, Sydney straight-up asked Alayah if she has a job, seemingly referencing Alayah's pageant queen background and her on-camera claims about wanting to be a "pilot wife." Alayah then said she has "three jobs." That sounds... tough, especially if she had to take time off all of them to be on a reality TV show. But, from the quickness of her response, also sounds pretty real.

Alayah talked about this a bit on Mondays show and how much pageant life has influenced the way she presents herself to the world. But she's not talking about winning local competitions here: Alayah was Miss Texas in 2019 and went on to compete in the Miss USA pageant.

Thats her "official" job listed on The Bachelor . Her Bachelor profile also says that she makes official appearances as Miss Texas and enjoys "giving back to her community."
Alayah also works as a model.

Cut over to her Instagram profile, and the verified former Miss Texas reveals that she also owns Three Bees Boutique , a clothing store that says every purchase "helps fund literacy initiatives," along with her mom and sister.
