Heartbroken Liz Wheeler, who is mum to his two kids, blasted her now ex-boyfriend for hooking-up with ex-girlfriend Laura Hughes behind her back.
"Laura is the one who destroyed my life," the 24-year-old said.
"She is vile. She is scum. Gabby knows she has ruined his life as well. Frankly I am heartbroken."
Laura reportedly had the Aston Villa striker's love child six weeks ago.

The baby's name Albee-Ivan Iyenoma Agbonlahor was registered last Wednesday, The Sun reported.
The £60,000-a-week footie star told Liz that ex Laura was having his baby in May.
The couple are now living separately after their six-bedroom mansion in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands was sold in July.
Beautician Liz added "He told me she was having his baby. I kicked him out and could not tell you now where he is now."
The player who has been capped for England three times has reportedly bought nLaura a £275,000 gated apartment in Sutton Coldfield.
Liz got with the forward on a Greek holiday while he was with Laura back in 2006.
