Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal is angry with the British media following the several reports of his sack.

With three straight defeats, reports emerged of Van Gaal’s sack and undefined.

Van Gaal walked out of a press conference after accusing the media of being disrespectful towards him, his family and the club.

“I think I was already sacked, I read,” an angry Van Gaal said at a press conference ahead of United’s visit to Stoke City.

“My colleague (Mourinho) was here already.

“What do you think happens with my wife or with my kids or with my grandchildren or with the fans of Manchester United or my friends? They have called me a lot of times.

“Has anybody in this room not a feeling to apologise to me? That’s what I’m wondering.”

A fuming Van Gaal made it clear that he was at the press conference only because of the Premier League that makes it a mandatory for all managers.

“So you think that I want to talk with the media now? I am here only because of the Premier League rules,” the 64-year-old said.

“When I get calls off and and because you are creating something that is not good, what is not being the facts, now I have to answer questions. I don’t think I want to do it.”

Van Gaal assured that he has tried to lift the confidence of his players and that he is only focused on their Boxing Day trip to Stoke City.

“I want to say only that I have tried to lift the confidence of my players,’ added Van Gaal.

“I have done everything this week.

“We are not in a good position but four weeks ago we were first in the Premier League and in about four weeks we can again be back in that position.

“I only say now I am focused on Stoke City, I help my players,” he said before walking out of the press conference which lasted for just five minutes.
