Hearts of Oak forward Samuel Yeboah is optimistic Kenchi Yatsuhashi can build a fearful side when he is given the needed opportunity.
The Japanese-American trainer who got appointed by the Phobians in October on a two-year deal started life at the Accra giants on a poor note during the club’s opening pre-season games.
But the 46 year-old tactician has now turned the tables around as he has started picking some vital wins for the club including the club’s 1-0 win over New Edubiase in the opening fixture of the Ghana Premier League.
However, Samuel Yeboah who was the hero in the game against Edubiase says when Kenichi is given the needed opportunity he can build a fearful Hearts side.
“Kenichi is a very good coach. I have played under many foreign coaches but Kenichi has something special about him. And I think with time, he can make Hearts a fearful side once again,” Yeboah Graphic Sports.
The Phobians are chasing their first major silverware in seven seasons after their league title triumph in 2009.
Yastuhashi tactical prowess will be tested again, when the Phobians play as guests to Medeama this Sunday in the week two of the ongoing Ghana premier league at the T&A in Tarkwa.
