Equipped with over 15 ultra-modern production lines from industry leaders like Sidel®, Krones®, and Tetra Pak®, the Kumasi facility which was established in 2022 has two production lines. One line has a speed of 80,000 bottles per hour (BPH) and the other 65,000, setting new benchmarks in production efficiency and product quality and the company’s relentless pursuit of excellence.

From the number-one-selling Rush Energy Drink, beloved for its unique formula and great taste, to the diverse range of Verna Mineral Water, Bigoo soft drinks, Planet, American Cola, and the McBerry® biscuit and confectionery line, Twellium has successfully met the varied tastes and preferences of its consumers.
Speaking about the two new lines in Kumasi, Chief Marketing Officer Ali Ajami of Twellium described the company’s vision and innovation as “the pride of Ghanaian manufacturing industry”.
The introduction of McBerry® in 2019 further solidified Twellium's position as a leader in the biscuit and confectionery industry, with a production capacity that makes it the largest in Ghana. The production capacity for the McBerry® brand is 7,000MT per month amounting to 84,000MT/year. Accra has two facilities with one for mineral water and beverages and the other for biscuit and confectionery under the McBerry® brand.
