List of previous winners of the Ghanaian top-flight league

Wa All Stars are the latest winners of the Ghana League, after they defeated Aduana Stars 2-1 on Wednesday.

Hearts of Oak were the first club to win the league, while All Stars are new champions, after dethroning AshGold the last season’s winners.

Asante Kotoko are the most successful club in the history of the league with 23 titles.

Wa All Stars are the first club from the three northern regions (Upper West, Upper East and Northern regions) to win the league.

Aduana Stars became the first debutants emerge champions in the Ghanaian top-flight league.

There are six winners of the league in the era of the Ghana Premier League (1993-94 season up to date)
