Ten out of the 13 persons who were arrested for allegedly recruiting hundreds of people as National Security operatives have been granted bail.The suspects were granted bail in the sum of GH¢5,000 each with one surety to be a civil servant.

The suspects, numbering 13, were arrested on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Taifa-Burkina.
They were also to report at the Accra Regional Police Command on Wednesday morning.The case has since been adjourned to December 22, 2015.
However, police have launched a manhunt for one of the suspects who is currently on the run.
Background
A group of 13 persons allegedly recruiting hundreds of people as National Security operatives were on Saturday, December 5, 2015 arrested by the Greater Accra Regional police command at Taifa-Burkina.
The Regional Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Afia Tengey, speaking to Accra-based Citi FM said the police received information that a group of persons were recruiting and training people for National Security at Taifa-Burkina.
She said based on that intelligence, the police moved to the St Dominic Catholic Church park at Taifa-Burkina where they met about 325 people undergoing physical training for the supposed National Security job.
She said a former National Security Operative, Godson Kwame Dohu and a self-styled National Security Coordinator of an unregistered company known as African Fidel Suricom were arrested on the scene.
