Presbyterian Minister sings reggae in church

A Presbyterian Minister has been recorded on video singing reggae in church.

The Minister seemed to be singing during the church’s harvest which may have been held on Sunday (August 28, 2017).

The congregants danced and cheered their Minister on as he sang songs such as ‘Identity’ by Burning Spear, ‘rivers of Babylon’ by Melodians.

The congregants danced as they walked forward to put their offerings in the bowl in front of the pastor.

The Presbyterian Church is known for preferring the songs in their hymnal to other genres of music.

However, with the recent youth and their urge for a more ‘charismatic’ way of doing things some local congregations adopt such strategies to also encourage the youth stay in the church.
