Dramani hits at dormant Ghana Coaches Association

Former Asante Kotoko Coach Mas-ud Didi Dramani has called on Ghana Coaches Association to wake up from their sleep and defend managers who are treated unfairly by their clubs.

The Association, which has one of its major aims of representing coaches interest is dormant and has failed to talk on behalf of coaches in the country for some dismissals he described as 'wrongful'.

Some local coaches are also owed huge sums and the Black Princess boss wants a body to help address issues faced by indigenous trainers.

“The problems facing local coaches cannot be solved by an individual and I am just waiting to see a moment where coaches will have a body that will always speak in their favor, a body that will always come and say that this treatment was bad,” Dramani told Accra-based radio station, Starr FM.

“Fans put pressure on club administrators, and by this pressure from their fans, some administrators say bad things about you (their coaches). If you are not that character who is strong and always stands your ground, they will always push you around."
