Their reps confirm in a statement stating, ''They both deeply care for each other and remain close friends. We kindly ask that the media respect their wish for privacy regarding this personal matter at this time."
According to Us Weekly, both stars quietly and amicably ended their relationship a few weeks ago.
A sources tells the site, ''They made the decision to part ways because their conflicting touring schedules would keep them apart over the next year.''

The 'I Feel Blessed' rapper, 27 and 'Love Me Harder' singer, 21 first confirmed their relationship back in October 2014.
They also showed up on the 2015 Grammy Awards red carpet hand-in-hand as well as other concerts.
Just last week, rumors spread that Sean was upset about Grande's racey performance with singer but he denied threatening the Canadian pop star and said everything was good with Ariana.
