Celebrity couple, Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West have contracted a surrogacy agency for their third child.
This is due to Kim's placenta accreta condition "which makes another pregnancy life-threatening" according to TMZ news.
Report says that the couple are expected to make a $68,850 deposit to the agency to cover for the expenses associated with the arrangement.
The agreement shall involve payment of "$45,000 in 10, $4,500 monthly installments -- If there are multiples, the surrogate gets $5k for each additional kid -- If the surrogate loses reproductive organs, she gets $4,000,", TMZ reports.

To ensure that West's child stays healthy, the surrogate mum is required to avoid drinking, smoking while also suspending sexual intercourse.
And here is a hard one. The couple are to "assume the legal and parental responsibilities for any child ... that may possess any congenital or other abnormalities or defects" according to reports.
Kim Kardashian and her husband already have two children, a daughter and son named North West and Saint West.
