The Hitz FM programmes manager walked to the vetting room in the company of some people who showed up to support him. Among the noticeable faces is Ghanaian musician, Samini, who had a seat right behind Minister-designate.

Samini's activism in Ghana politics kicked off last year when he endorsed the candidature of Nana Addo and composed a song to campaign for the NPP.

Peace FM's Kwasi Aboakye, actress Akofa Edjeani and celebrated Ghanaian playwright, Uncle Ebo Whyte, were also present at the vetting to support Mark Okraku Mantey during the vetting where his knowledge of Ghana's Tourism, Arts and Culture has been tested.
