According to reports the suspected cultists invaded the village last Thursday, November 15 and abducted the poor little boy.

Yabaleftonline.ng reported the boy’s 47 year old Agadi Ajeh as saying his family were asleep on the fateful day when they heard the victim screaming for help as he was being whisked away by the abductors.

He said they woke up and mounted a search for the youngster only to find him about two kilometers away from their home in his own pool of blood, with his eyes plucked out.

Spokesperson of the state Police Command, ASP Samaila Usman who reportedly confirmed the incident said the boy had earlier informed his parents about a threat by some people to pluck out his eyes, but they failed to report the matter to the police.

ASP Usman added that investigation is underway to fish out the perpetrators.
