Siblings give birth to 2 children, expecting 3rd child in C/R

Traditional leaders at Broyibima in the KEEA District of the Central Region are reportedly preparing vigorously to pacify the gods of the land or risk losing more members of the community, following a report of two siblings having given birth to two children and are still expecting the third one.

Chief of Broyibima, Nana Brempong Abaka IV who is reported to have disclosed the sacrilegious development to the media said parents of the two offenders have admitted to the act having occurred under their watch, and made a commitment to bear the cost of cleansing the land.

A report by Adomonline.com indicated that the unidentified siblings have been sleeping in a single room with their parents, and apparently have been having sexual intercourse in that same room with them.

It is unclear whether the parents were fully aware of their children’s incestuous conduct since they have all been living in the same room.

Nana Abaka IV is reported as saying the traditional leadership is readying itself to conduct the cleansing after spiritualists have prescribed the necessary items for the pacification.

It is not clear yet whether the incident has been reported to the police for investigation and possible prosecution.
