A supplement is basically calories in the form of a shake. So instead of having rice, vegetables, and chicken, you could replace with supplements also known as a protein shake. It could earn the extremely skinny guy some good results.

2. Eat more

In addition to the mass gainer, you must as well increase your diet intake. Meals contain more authentic supplements that boost muscle growth.  Your body is pre-programmed with your genetic disposition.

That is the reason you need to crank your meal intake up a notch. Try adding much protein foods to your meals, it is said to be a faster muscle gainer.

3. Push-ups

You might be startled by the tremendous results the daily push-ups in your bedroom can yield. The key word is ‘consistency’.

Realistically, the push-ups are less strenuous as compared to muscle lifts and heavy metal scrubs found in the gym. The changes are less obvious but become more visible with time. It does both arms and chests some good in muscle gain.

4. Relax the muscles

In your quest of buffing up like what Hulk (the Marvel character) has, there are good reasons to take it easy. Enough sleep and rest are said to be another smarter way of gaining weight.

Fidgeting and move all about always burns the little fat you have dreamt of augmenting. Save the little lean muscles and work on adding up to it. It yields results.

5. Focus On Progression

This is very pertinent in muscle gain especially for those who would sort to push-ups and perhaps weight lifting. Your workouts should really be under an hour if even that. But the main take home principle is to make sure you are progressing as you work out.

It's so simple yet so many people screw it up. Put in more volume and more until you get your desired physique. This could be achieved by building healthy competition between yourself and other gym folks. The end result is always commendable,
