- Pepper sauce (Blended pepper, tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger)
- Fried fish
- Vegetable oil
- Fish spices
- Curry powder
- Mixed dry herbs
- Fish stock cube
- Heat oil used for frying fish in a medium pan.
- Add pepper sauce, stir and leave to cook for 15 minutes.
- Add fish stock, mixed herbs and spices.
- Add fried fish and salt to taste.
- Cover to simmer for 5 minutes under low heat.
- Serve with rice, pasta or boiled yam.
