The trailer for the latest release in the Call of Duty franchise, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, has been released.

From the trailer, the new release seems to be set in a near-future world where cybernetic enhancements are a big deal. The elite soldier being played in the trailer is evidently fitted with this advanced technology.

The initial trailer implied that a “Deus Ex” style action is incorporated into the gameplay and this new trailer further acknowledges that.

“Weapons don’t have instincts. Weapons don’t have loyalty. Weapons don’t have judgment. Soldiers do. What happens when the soldier becomes the weapon?”

Rather than answer this hypothetical question, from the commentary, the reveal trailer shows some wonderful footage. It also alludes to the possibility that that players will have the option to use these technological enhancements to turn their arm into a minigun. Also, it seems like players will be able to remotely take over and commandeer drones with a first-person perspective. These cybernetic features are similar to the exoskeleton abilities in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and that’s not a bad thing.

There are no details regarding multiplayer mode, nor is there confirmation of the new four player co-op mode that has been rumored to be a part of the game.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be available worldwide on November 6, 2015.
