A nurse in China has been called China’s “most beautiful bride” for her heroic efforts after stopping her wedding photo shoot to save a dying man.

The bride, Guo Yuanyuan was having her photos taken near a seaside resort when a man suffered a heart attack while swimming.

Yuanyuan who was dressed in her beautiful wedding gown rushed to give him CPR after his pulse had stopped as he was dragged to the shore.

Unfortunately, the man never regained consciousness despite the 20-minute battle to save his life.

Yuanyuan's husband-to-be, Liu Chuang told reporters he was proud of his future wife.

"Yuanyuan ran faster than me when we learnt that there was a man who had suffered a sudden heart attack," he told local media.
