Manchester United defender vacations with girlfriend

Manchester United defender Chris Smalling seems to be enjoying a much needed vacation with his glamour model girlfriend Sam Cooke.

Photos of their get-away which were shared on Cooke's Instagram page show them having fun after the Premier League Season.

The couple was joined by Chris' younger brother, Jason.

This is not the first holiday the pair will be enjoying since they started dating.

The couple spent the 2013 summer in Barbados and also flew to a sunny and exotic location after the 2014 FIFA Wold Cup in Brazil.
