Stevie Nicks told Adele ,"You're going to be me in 40 years, you’re going to still be up on stage doing what you're doing because of your songwriting."

The 27-year-old, Grammy Award Winner, Adele has described her meeting her idol, Stevie Nicks at the Fleetwood Mac’s opening UK tour concert as the “Best night in her life”.

The “Skyfall” singer was in the audience as the US band thrilled the fans with their magic and afterwards she was invited backstage for a special meet and greet with Stevie.

Stevie Nicks, 67, dedicated the band’s song “Landslide” to Adele. Stevie Nicks, real name, Stephanie Lynn Nicks told the crowd, “She's a fantastic songwriter”.

The "Someone like you" hit maker wrote, "I love you Stevie Nicks!! The queen of melodies! Thanks for everything x" on her twitter page.

Adele, real name, Adele Laurie Blue Adkins is rumored to be working on her third album called “25”. Other celebrities who were present include One Direction’s, Harry Styles and radio presenter, Lisa Snowdon.
