Media boss sues ex wife, Rachel Roy for $2.5 million

Damon Dash has sued his ex wife, Rachel Roy for $2.5 million.

Dash filed the suit on Thursday, April 23 just three days after loosing custody of their two daughters to Roy who stated that he's a bad influence on them thanks to his smoking and involvement with other women.

According to TMZ, the former Roc-a-Fella co-owner is taking his fashion designer ex for a series of corporate crimes relating to two fashion companies they both pioneered: Royale Etenia LLC and Topson Downs.

Damon is now suing Roy for interfering with cash distributions due to him a.k.a he's not getting paid for the biz and of course, breach of contract.
