Chelsea striker rocks Cannes Film Festival, hangs out with Snoop Dogg

It was the meeting of two legends from two different spheres of life.

Chelsea veteran, Didier Drogba and American rap star, Snoop Dogg hanged out together after meeting at the Cannes Film Festival.

Drogba posted a picture of the pair on his Instagram account.

"Great to catch up with my big bro yesterday @snoopdogg in Cannes @viproom SN double O PEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Drogba wrote alongside the photo.

The pair are known to be friends with Snoop taking to Twitter to give a shout out to Drogba after him and his Chelsea teammates won the 2012 UEFA Champions League.

"Shout out to my homeboy Didier Drogba and tha Chelsea squad 4 winning tha Champions League! 1st time Uhearme #execbranch".

In his biography, 'From Tito to Drogba' the one time African Footballer of the Year also talked about his friendship with the rap star.
