Power Couple Rent Out A Holmby Hill Home For $150K Per Month

They are reported to have bargained their way into a rental for $150K a month and it’s the crib in ritzy Holmby Hills, the same one they rented last summer on a short term lease but they are said to have locked it down for a full year.

Hollywood power couple Beyoncé and JayZ moved to L.A some weeks ago and they were reported to be on house hunting but apparently, the two have not yet found a perfect home in L.A.

They are reported to have bargained their way into a rental for $150K a month and it’s the crib in ritzy HolmbyHills, the same one they rented last summer on a short term lease but they are said to have locked it down for a full year.

Bey and Jay were reported to have paid $200K per month for the pad last year but they are said to have dealt directly with the owner this time knocked off $50,00 discount based on signing a longer lease after.

The building is said to be a 16,000 sq. ft., 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and an infinity pool with a waterfall.
