1 Tbsp five-spice powder + 2 tsp lime zest + 1 tsp kosher salt + 1/2 tsp ground ginger + 1/4 tsp cayenne

ROTISSERIE
2 tsp brown sugar + 1 1/2 tsp each dried thyme and paprika + 1/2 tsp kosher salt + 1/4 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and mustard powder + 1/8 tsp black pepper
TEX-MEX
2 tsp Mexican oregano + 1 tsp each chili powder, ground cumin, and coriander + 1/2 tsp each kosher salt and garlic powder
