The Supreme Court has adjourned sine die the suit challenging the constitutionality of the former President Mahamas decision to pardon the Montie 3.

The suit was filed by Nana Badiatuo Asante (Current Executive Secretary to the President) as the plaintiff sometime in September 2016.
However, the Attorney General failed to file their response until the last days before the expiration of the term of office of former President Mahama.

This therefore caused the apex court to adjourn the case indefinitely to allow the AG file a response.
He also prayed the court for an order to have the Montie 3 rearrested and jailed to serve their sentences in full.
