NASCAR rolled out its impressive army of jet dryers at Pocono Raceway, but they weren't enough to keep rain from postponing the Pennsylvania 400 to Monday.

The race will get underway at 10:30 local time on Monday, with Martin Truex Jr. leading the field to the green flag.

Rain moved into the Pocono Mountains on Saturday night, and soaked the track during Sunday morning.

It became clear the race would not start on time, but NASCAR worked to dry the track for a later start. When the rain returned in the early afternoon, NASCAR announced the race would be postponed.
