Hilarious actor settles with Walmart a year after auto crash

According to fresh reports, Morgan and Walmart reached a settlement both parties are all smiles again with the actor saying he loved the way the company handled him financially after the accident.

Over 24-months after an auto crash involving a Walmart 18-wheeler which left Hollywood actor and comedian, Tracy Morgan seriously injured, the parties involved have settled out of court.

In a report by TMZ, Tracy's attorney and Walmart's attorneys announced the settlement, but maintained that terms of the deal would remain behind closed doors.

"Walmart did right by me and my family, and for my associates and their families. I am grateful that the case was resolved amicably," Morgan said.
