Tyler Perry has expressed his heart felt condolence to the families of victims of the Charleston massacre

Tyler and Legend took to their Twitter accounts to express their feelings and emotions regarding the massacre that has received international attention in the last 24-hours.

Top American celebs, Tyler Perry, Samuel L Jackson and John Legend have reacted to the recent killings of nine people at a prayer meeting in Charleston.

In the words of Tyler Perry, 'My heart and soul go out to the families of Emmanuel AME church!!'

On his part, singer John Legend said, 'Charleston. My heart hurts.'
