This NYC ballet dancer trains Victoria's Secret models
Mary Helen Bowers has been training Victoria's Secrets models for years with Ballet Beautiful fitness. After dancing with New York City Ballet for 10 years, she took a break to go back to school. After graduating from Columbia, she worked with Natalie Portman on "Black Swan," and subsequently created her ballet-integrated exercise regimen.
