How to prepare ginger drink
Ingredients:2 large roots of Ginger chooped1 LemonFew cloves of garlicSugar

1. Pour the chopped ginger into the saucepan2. Add the sugar3. Add the cloves4. Add water5. Boil for about 30 -40 minutes6. Allow to cool and blend7. Strain the ginger mixture to remove the chaff8. Strain two more times to get rid of any9. Squeeze the lemon into the drink10. Pour into a jug and put in the refrigerator to cool.Serve when chilled( shake jug before serving)
