This sweet and spicy mango salsa is super easy to make and absolutely delicious. Serve this fresh mango salsa with freshly baked bread, or as a salad itself.



  • 3 ripe mangos, diced

  • finely chopped red, orange and green bell peppers

  • ½ cup chopped onion

  • ¼ cup packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

  • 1 large lime, juiced

  • ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon salt, to taste

  1. In a serving bowl, combine the prepared mango, red, orange and green bell peppers, onion and cilantro leaves.

  2. Drizzle with the juice of one lime and mix well.

  3. Season to taste with salt.

  4. For best flavor, let the salsa rest for 10 minutes or longer.
