  2. Desiccated coconut

  3. Sugar

  4. Salt

  5. Vegetable oil

  1. Measure flour and pour into mixing bowl.

  2. Add desiccated coconut, salt, sugar and mix.

  3. Add water bit by bit to get a hard smooth dough.

  4. Roll it flat and cut into desirable shapes and sizes.

  5. Deep fry in vegetable oil under medium heat for about 3- 5 minutes

  6. Keep turning till golden brown.

  7. Allow to cool and serve.
