Ingredients

  1. Slice of salmon

  2. Fish seasoning

  3. Peri peri powder

  4. Black pepper powder

  5. Minced garlic

  6. Green pepper, chopped

  7. Onion, chopped

  8. Sweet pepper, chopped

  9. Olive oil

  10. Lemon

  11. Onga cube

  12. Skewers

Method

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.

  2. Soak the skewers in warm water for about 15 minutes, so it doesn’t burn in the oven.

  3.  Slice each fillet in half. For each half, remove the skin and cut into cubes/ small squares.

  4. Cut the veggies into cubes. Put cubed veggies and fish into a bowl. Add fish seasonings.

  5. Add minced garlic, peri peri powder, onga cube and olive oil to fish and veggies.

  6. Mix together thoroughly. Let marinate in fridge covered for 15 minutes.

  7. Thread onto the skewers, alternating the fish and vegetables.

  8. Allow to grill for 6 to 7 minutes.

  9. Mix some of the peri peri powder with oil and turn over the fish, brush some of the mixture unto it.

  10. Grill for another 5 - 10 minutes.

For pasta

  1. Add salt and tablespoons of oil to boiling water.

  2. Add pasta and cover to cook.

  3. Begin tasting the pasta after about six or seven minutes.

  4. Drain the pasta as soon as it is done.

  5. Serve fish kebab and pasta
