This is how much Kotoko pocketed after beating Hearts of Oak

The Porcupine Warriors have claimed their ninth FA cup title thanks to the three goals, all coming in the first half, by Sadick Adams.

Kumasi Asante Kotoko earned GHC50, 000 prize money as Champions of the 2017 MTN FA Cup competition.

The Porcupine Warriors will also earn an additional GH¢100,000 to prepare for the CAF Confederation Cup next year.

Adams scored a hat-trick in the first half which ultimately dashed Hearts of Oak’s hopes of winning the title on Sunday.

Kotoko thus wins their second FA Cup title in three years having won the trophy in 2014 when they defeated Inter-Allies in the finals.
