Julia Roberts' mother is dead!
The 'Pretty Woman' star lost her mom, Betty Lou Bredemus on Thursday, February 19 after a long battle with lung cancer. She was 80.
Robert's mom dies almost year after the Oscar winner lost her step-sister, Nancy Motes to a reported overdose.
Motes had left behind a suicide note blaming her famous sister for not supporting her.

Roberts revealed that she leaned on her mother and family for support despite having a tense relationship with Motes.
She told the, "It's hour by hour some days, but you just keep looking ahead. But [as with] any situation of challenge and despair, we must find a way, as a family."
Julia’s father, Walter Grady Roberts died from throat cancer when the star was just ten.
The late Betty Bredemus is survived by Julia, her son, TV and movie actor Eric, 58, and daughter Lisa, 49, plus three grandchildren: actress Emma Roberts (Eric’s daughter) and Julia’s three kids Phinnaeus and Hazel, 10, and Henry, 7.
Roberts is presently in Los Angeles filming The Secret In Their Eyes.
