The Wa lads proved they are the true champions of Ghana, when they defeated the FA Cup champions Bechem United in the Super Cup.

Ghana league champions, Wa All Stars edged Bcehem United by a goal to nil in the Super Cup game played at the Tamale Sports Stadium on Sunday.

Emmanuel Ocran scored on the 5th minute to give Wa All Stars all that they needed to emerge as champion of champions.
The league champions dominated play in the first half and made their dominance count by scoring a goal.
The tide, however, turned in Bechem United's favour in the second half. They took total control of the game, but were wasteful in the final third.

Both Wa All Stars and Bechem United are preparing for the Ghana Premier League and the CAF inter-club competitions, which start in February, 2017
