According to the prosecutor Chief Inspector (C/I) Gregory Yeboah, the victim’s mother, on Saturday, February 4, 2017, had gone out early in the morning to the market leaving behind the victim and a boy.

He said Abbey enquired from his victim the whereabouts of her mother whereupon he was told she had gone to the market.

Desiring to satisfy his sexual desire, Abbey sent the victim’s younger brother on an errand leaving him and the woman alone.
