She passed away on October 31, 2016, at the age of 84, an official statement from the Church has said.

Madam Florence Taiwo Naa Akweley Bruce, mother of Archbishop Nicholas Duncan Williams, has died.

Madam Florence Taiwo Naa Akweley Bruce is expected to be buried on November 12, 2016 after a “Farewell Service at the Prayer Cathedral of the Action Chapel International” on the Spintex Road, Accra.She left behind six children.
