Majority Leader in Parliament, Alban Bagbin has said that the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) must win at least two-thirds of the 275 seats in parliament in this year’s elections.

He was speaking at the NDC’s campaign launch in Cape Coast in the Central Region, today (August 14).

He expressed hope that President John Mahama would win a second term, “the area of uncertainty is the number of parliamentary seats the party is going to win”.To surmount these challenges in the constituencies Bagbin called on the national campaign committee to adopt strategies tailored at solving all interpersonal relationship issues within the various constituencies.

He said he was confident if this was done the party would win a lot more seats in parliament.
