Crystal Palace were supposed to travel to Dubai, but Sam Allardyce called off the trip, following their humiliating defeat at home to Sunderland.

However a month on and the outlook is much more sunny for Palace - following two straight victories over Middlesbrough and West Brom.
The change in fortunes for the side made the 'Big Sam' to permit them to travel abroad and it looks like Schlupp is relishing the chance to lap up the sun in North Africa.
Schlupp was subbed by Avram Grant for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations due to lack of much playing time at former club Leicester City, so needs to work his way back into the Black Stars by playing consistently at Crystal Palace.
