The board of the Phobians on Monday parted ways with Kenichi Yatsahashi by mutual consent after the board decided to accept the coach’s second option for the club to consider to terminate his contract if his application of a 25-day leave would inconvenient them.

The supporters of the club who were initially against the appointment of the Kenichi, but later rallied behind him when he kicked the ground running with sumptuous performance in the league have responded to the sack by threatening that they wouldn’t turn out for league games as a means of demonstrating their dissatisfaction for the dismissal of the coach.

They have called and texted to several radio and TV programmes and on the various social media platforms to lash out at the hierarchy of the club for such an infamous decision.

Kenichi Yatsuhashi was in charge of 15 league games for Hearts of Oak. He won 7, drew 4 and lost 3, but would be remembered for his invincible feat in away league games, winning 4 and drawing 4 and remain the only coach that never lost a game on the road.
