The 22 year-old speedster last Friday played his first trail game for Asante Kotoko and he scored brace, as the former Premier League champions defeated lower-tier side Quam FC 2-0.

Players have not had it easy when they cross carpet from Hearts of Oak to Kotoko and vice versa but Ashittey is sure of proving his worth at Kotoko.
