Godfred Sakas contentious goal from a direct freekick gave Aduana Stars a 0-1 win at Elmina Sharks on Sunday.
The dead ball expert, Godfred Saka's goal from replay appear not to have crossed the goal line but referee J.E Amanya , who didn't get a second chance awarded a goal and that made Aduana Stars the only team to win on the road in the Ghana Premier league after match day 2.

Aduana Stars have won their first two games in the Ghana Premier League: They earned a 1-0 win against Ashanti Gold last week Sunday and secured another important win against Elmina Sharks to go top of the two weeks old league.

The goal has raised the debate of introducing the Goal Line Technology in the Ghana Premier League. However, a top European league, like the La Liga is yet to introduce the technology due to the cost involved, so the issue of resources to acquire it would also come into play when considering it.
