Samuel Etoo Fils has signed for Russian outfit Amkar on a short term deal.

The 35-year-old joins the Perm-based side for an undisclosed fee from Turkish side Atalyaspor. He will wear the number 36 shirt.
It marks a return to Russia for the the four-time African Footballer of the Year - he played for Anzhi Makhachkala from 2011 to 2013.
Amkar will be the 11th club Eto'o has played for in an achievement-laden career - a 20-year span that has seen him play for and win trophies with global giants such as Barcelona and Inter Milan.

Eto'o is currently retired from international football, hanging his boots in 2014 after a period that saw him win an Olympic gold and two Africa Cup of Nations titles, alongside being the Indomitable Lions' most capped player and all-time top scorer.
