Ghana international, Christian Atsu had a hand in all the goals scored by Newcastle, as they defeated Brighton and Hove Albion 2-1 to go top of the Championship table.

Christian Atsu stole the show as he fetched his teammates with the balls that resulted in their two goals against Brighton and Hove Albion on Tuesday night to reclaim the top spot of the Championship.

Glenn Murray gave Brighton and Hove Albion, who were on top of the Championship table before the game the lead.
The Ghanaian winger, however, inspired Newcastle to recover from a 0-1 deficit and win 2-1. He located Senegalese, Mohamed Diame to put Newcastle level, before Ayoze Perez was fetched by Christian Atsu again to score the match winner. Both goals came in the final 10 minutes of the game.
Atsu's outstanding performance won him the Man of the Match award.

Christian Atsu has impressed in his last two start for Newcastle, having provided assists in both games to justify why the fans of the club were calling for his inclusion in starting line-up two weeks ago.
